What this course provides
You'll get everything you need to jump-start a journaling practice, with daily written and video prompts provided along with ongoing instructor interaction and encouragement. Live sessions are offered twice a week to journal together and discuss the process.

How the course is structured
You'll start with gentle, warm-up exploratory exercises to get comfortable with this style of writing. Gradually you will move toward more personal and emotional writing and begin to reflect on past experiences and future goals. You'll be introduced to a number of different journaling approaches and tools to craft a practice you love.
